Forward primer for amplifying part BBa_K5007007, adding a 5’ overhang for cloning into the pRS426 plasmid through Gibson Assembly. The overhang has homology around the SmaI restriction site, inside the LacZɑ gene, allowing for white-blue selection of transformants.
